THE PROGRAM.
ZOOM Foundation aims to engage companies in a unique employee well-being program focused on the importance of diversity, cooperation, leadership and the environment.
The route will focus on the world of pollinators, animals that are a symbol of industriousness, commitment, discipline and cooperation for the good of the Planet.

Through three activities with different purposes we will explore well-being through the use of biodiversity and protection.

NATURE SUPPORTER.
Three proposals in three areas and with three different objectives, to create the most suitable program for your company.
The activities are modular and adaptable according to needs: you can choose to carry out all of them or you can compose personalized packages and carry them out individually.
1. DIGITAL EDUCATION
Training and refresher course on biodiversity and pollinators.
Receive information material every three months to stay up to date on the topic of biodiversity and create moments of fun competition among your employees: on a regular basis they will compete with fun quizzes. The prize for the winner? A gift from the ZOOM Foundation!

Furthermore, for each participant a bag of seeds to create their own bee-friendly garden.
2. TEAM BUILDING
Two days of activities in a special setting: the ZOOM biopark.
As pollinators teach us, alone we can do a lot, but together we make the difference!
Choose between two unforgettable experiences - Researcher for a Day or Bee Hotel Workshop - and join forces with your team to achieve a common goal.

Each team building experience includes welcome coffee, lunch at one of the park's restaurants, guided tour and farewell drink.
3. GARDENING ACTIVITIES
Transform your company into a bee-friendly space, thanks to the advice of our experts.
Whether it's a terrace, windows or a green area inside the company, find out how to transform it into an area dedicated to pollinators. Wild flowers, evergreen and seasonal plants to create a place dedicated to biodiversity and make your company a more positive, engaging and sustainable environment.
